By engaging with Niaz & Sons for the manufacture or supply of uniforms, you agree to the following General Terms & Conditions:
1. Scope of Business
Niaz & Sons specializes in the manufacturing and supply of Indian Armed Forces uniforms and related accessories. All products are designed and delivered in compliance with relevant specifications, standards, and contractual obligations.
2. Orders & Confirmations
- Orders must be submitted in via our product order form, writing via email, letter, or signed purchase order.
- Orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Niaz & Sons.
- Custom or bulk orders may require advance approval of samples and specifications.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are quoted in INR unless otherwise specified.
- Prices are subject to change based on material costs, government levies, or design changes.
- Payment terms are as agreed upon in the purchase agreement. Late payments may incur interest as per applicable laws.
4. Delivery & Timelines
- Delivery dates are approximate and subject to material availability and manufacturing schedules.
- Niaz & Sons will not be liable for delays due to force majeure events including, but not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, or government orders.
- Shipping and handling costs will be borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
5. Product Warranty & Quality
- All products are manufactured in accordance with industry and defense standards.
- Niaz & Sons ensures quality checks prior to dispatch. Any claims related to defects or non-compliance must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Custom orders cannot be returned unless proven defective.
6. Intellectual Property
- All designs, patterns, branding, and logos provided by Niaz & Sons remain its intellectual property unless explicitly transferred through agreement.
- Use of any company materials for reproduction or resale without permission is prohibited.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties shall maintain confidentiality regarding technical specifications, pricing, and any proprietary information exchanged during the business relationship.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
9. Amendments
Niaz & Sons reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes in writing or via email.
